How do I set up an account with Antech Hydraulics? What are the payment terms?
If you wish to set up a credit account with Antech, our accounts team will send across a credit application form to you to be completed. Using our credit referencing software, we’ll advise the credit limit going forward, with payment terms of 30 days. The first order placed is always paid on a proforma basis.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer or Visa/Mastercard card payments. We also accept American Express.
Do you supply products from other hydraulic manufacturers?
Yes, in addition to our main products, Antech also work closely with some of the biggest names in the Hydraulic Industry. We can source most hydraulic components and parts, whether you’re looking for a hydraulic spare part or a replacement, we will do our utmost to get this to you.
All I have is a Serial Number. Are you able to tell what product I have purchased from that number?
Yes, each product has an individual serial number, so we should be able to find your product very easily. Send us an email through the contact us page and let us see what we can find out for you!
Do you ship internationally as well as to the UK?
Yes! We’re able to ship worldwide and get quotes for freight anywhere in the world. Alternatively, you can arrange collection yourself from Antech.
