No Noise Pumps

Hydraulic 2VHL CONTINUUM®

2VHL CONTINUUM® Pumps are transfer pumps designed to handle a wide variety of fluids, with no operating noise. The rotors of 2VHL CONTINUUM® Pumps have been designed using the well known CONTINUUM® helical rotors, which are a byword for silence, energy consumption reduction and high performance. The CONTINUUM® concept, heart of 2VHL CONTINUUM® Pumps, is based on three patented technological innovations:

  • The rotors profile
  • The screw step
  • The inner force balancing

The specific configuration of 2VHL CONTINUUM® Pumps, the high level of technology and the material used are the perfect combination for the last generation wind mill industry. 2VHL CONTINUUM® Pumps stands for long life as the wind mills industry requires.

Special helical rotors eliminate pulsation ensuring a continuous flow of the fluid. This ensures a longer life time for the system filter. No pulsation is equal to no vibration to give longer life time to the complete system.

Possibility to handle fluid with very high viscosity

Pressure: up to 25 bar (peak 40 bar)

High volumetric efficiency

High efficiency also at very low revolution

Same external dimensions as the most used pump systems

Better price than the direct competitors

CONTINUUM® Pumps

CONTINUUM® pumps are used to pump fluids in a continuous flow. They are often used in industries such as the chemical, oil and gas industry, water treatment plants, and power stations as well as in forklifts, machine tools, and on boats.

These silent pumps’ helical rotors don’t trap any fluid volume. CONTINUUM® pumps run highly efficiently while still producing minimal sound, continuous flow can be maintained even at maximum operating speed. They produce extremely low vibrations and low pulsations, operating silently which helps to not disrupt operations and prevent noise pollution or complaints.

Pumps are a vital part of any water or wastewater project, and choosing the right one is an important decision. CONTINUUM® pumps are one of the most popular options because they offer a number of advantages over other types, such as centrifugal pumps. Here at Antech, we can help you choose the right pump for your project or application, we have a team of experts who have been supplying hydraulic equipment for many years and know all the ins and outs of it.
